4: Function of false twisting tension Only by setting the appropriate D/Y value can the appropriate false twisting tension be obtained, and the D/Y value can be set according to the material and combination of the friction discs. Excessive false-twist tension is not good for the processing of fine denier yarn, and it is easy to break. Therefore, a relatively low false-twist tension is selected when processing fine denier yarn. Too small false-twist tension is also unfavorable for the processing of coarse denier yarn, and the false-twist effect is likely to be poor. Therefore, a relatively high false-twist tension is selected when processing coarse denier yarn. The empirical data of processing is T2/T1=0.7±0.1. The specific DTY product variety should be set through constant exploration to set the false twist tension value.

5: The function of the winding tension is to obtain a good package effect and avoid the difficulty of unwinding during the post-processing of the DTY silk. The DTY silk cake is too large or too small to affect the post-processing performance.
